Environment

Caring for our environment at a local level lies at the heart of our work to create a sense of place in this new-built neighbourhood.

As part of our commitment to environmental improvements, we organise and contribute to stakeholder debate, to open up the conversation on big climate-change subjects, and issues that affect our local, home surroundings. The Nine Elms development incorporates a linear park walkway from Vauxhall to Battersea Power Station, sustainable planting schemes around the US Embassy and ambitious water features. We want them to continue being open public resources and make sure that environmental factors are placed at the forefront, both for the benefit of our planet and for local people to enjoy.

We are exploring projects around The River Thames, and manufactured water features, green spaces, litter and vehicle pollution, public transport and energy conservation. If you would like to get involved in future environmental projects, use our contact form to get in touch.
