Public Consultation on Future Battersea Power Station Development
Local residents and workers are invited to view proposals and share feedback on the next phases of the Battersea Power Station masterplan.
Battersea Power Station is holding a public consultation on the next phases of its masterplan, giving local residents and workers an opportunity to comment on proposals for the remaining undeveloped parts of the site.
Feedback is being sought on a range of topics, including public spaces, pedestrian routes, building uses, landscaping and how the new areas connect with the wider neighbourhood.
Around half of the masterplan has already been delivered, including the restoration of the Power Station, Electric Boulevard, new homes, offices, shops and public realm. The consultation focuses on the future development of the remaining plots and the role they will play within the growing district.
Consultation events will take place at The Hub beneath Grosvenor Railway Bridge, where visitors can view the proposals, speak with members of the project team and learn more about the plans. Those attending will be able to share their views and ask questions about the next stages of development.
For people living or working in Nine Elms, the consultation provides a chance to comment on aspects of the scheme that could affect day-to-day life, from routes through the site and access to open space, to the mix of uses and amenities planned for the area in the years ahead.
