Busylizzy Friday Sessions Becoming a Favourite for New Mums in Battersea

Mum and baby sessions offer a relaxed chance to meet other local mums while focusing on wellbeing and baby development, with many saying it’s become a highlight of their week.

If you’re a new mum in the Battersea area and looking for something relaxed and friendly to do on a Friday morning, the Busylizzy sessions at St Saviour’s Church are getting lots of good feedback locally. A real highlight of the week - a chance to get out of the house, meet other local mums and enjoy some time focused on both wellbeing and baby development in a welcoming setting.

The Friday sessions start with Baby Music with Holly at 10.30am, followed by Postnatal Yoga with Patricia at 11.10am. The classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks up to 12 months, and babies are welcome throughout the fitness sessions, making it an easy and relaxed option for mums with little ones.

The classes take place at St Saviour’s Church on Battersea Park Road, a lovely cosy venue with plenty of space for prams and easy transport links nearby. Busylizzy’s whole approach is aimed at helping mums ease back into exercise gently after having a baby, while also giving babies something engaging and stimulating to enjoy too.

One thing parents seem to really like is the flexibility. There’s no need to commit to expensive term-long bookings - you can pick and choose classes each week depending on your schedule. They’re also offering free trials at the moment, so it’s a low-pressure way to see if it’s for you. For more information and to book a free trial contact Anna at claphamandbattersea@busylizzy.co.uk or check out their website: https://busylizzy.co.uk/clapham/. Sessions are held at St Saviour’s Church, 351 Battersea Park Road, SW11 4LH.
