Battersea Fields Practice has been offering family doctor services to the local community since 1988 and have two sites: the main practice in Austin Road and a branch practice in Thessaly Road.

In early 2026, Battersea Fields Practice will be moving its branch site from Thessaly Road to the new health centre in Sleaford Street, a three-minute walk away. The main surgery, based in Austin Road, will remain open.

The Thessaly Road branch site will close with the new facility providing much-needed extra space to look after the growing local population.
